The present study investigates the commitment to the compensation payment or compensation of losses originating from ownership expropriation in the light of the international judicial procedures via qualitative comparative methods. In result, the liabilities resulting from the revocation of the contract previously endorsed by a government based on its own will and volition, constitute the major reasons for compensation payment. In conclusion, international laws have been inclined towards suitable compensation and the compensation differs in legitimate and illegitimate loss compensation. © 2018, Universidad del Zulia.
